Vata and Pitta relationship
Our body for ages has been known to have a combination of three doshas, namely, Vata, kapha, and pitta. These dosha also known as humor are responsible for the physiological emotional, and mental health of a person. The imbalance of these leads to discomfort and disease. Exercising makes us sweat and therefore increases our vata. Running increases our body temperature, hence, increasing our pitta. and when we do strenuous exercises and work out, it tends to increase the Vata and pitta in our body.A person with stress and anxiety has a Vata imbalance and another person with IBS has a pitta imbalance.
