The shipping rates listed on this page are provided by our logistics partners, BlueDart and Delhivery. Please note that these rates are subject to change based on any revisions made by our shipping partners, and may therefore vary over time.

Return & Refund Policy:
Ayurheals (“Ayurheals.com”) facilitates processing correct medicines as per order and prescription and strives to deliver medicines and products in the right condition, without any damage, every time a consumer places an order. We strongly recommend checking the items at the time of delivery.

1. Definition:
'Return' means an action of giving back the product ordered at Ayurheals.com by the consumer. The following situations may cause the return of a product:
- Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
- Product(s) delivered are past or near their expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 3 months are considered near expiry).
- Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept any product with a tampered seal).
Note: If the product received is damaged, do not accept the delivery. If, after opening the package, the product is found damaged, it may be returned for a refund. We cannot promise a replacement for all products, as it depends on availability. In such cases, a refund will be offered.
In the unlikely situations where something is wrong with your order, we are happy to assist. Please raise a Return request with our customer care within 7 (seven) days of product delivery. Ayurheals.com reserves the right to cancel the Return request if initiated after 7 days of delivery.
Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, Ayurheals.com shall verify the authenticity and nature of the request. If it is deemed genuine, we will initiate the Return and Refund process. Ayurheals.com will process the refund once it receives confirmation from the vendor regarding the product's contents.
In cases of frivolous complaints about product quality, Ayurheals.com reserves the right to take legal action, and you will be solely responsible for any costs incurred.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Any wrong product ordering doesn’t qualify for Return.
- The batch number of the returned product should match the one on the invoice.
- Return requests due to prescription changes do not qualify for Return.
- The product should be in its original manufacturer packaging, with price tags, labels, barcodes, and the invoice.
- Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return—only unopened items can be returned.
Non-Returnable Products:
Certain product categories marked as non-returnable on the product page will not qualify for Return as per Ayurheals.com's Return policy. The details are listed below:

2. Return Process:
For Return intimation, please visit www.ayurheals.com/contactUs. Our customer care team will verify the claim within 72 business hours of receiving the complaint. If valid, we will arrange to collect the product(s) for return. Refunds will be completed within 30 days of the reverse pickup (if required).
3. Refund Process:
If the claim is valid, the refund will be made as follows:
- Orders placed through online wallets will be credited to the wallet.
- Cash on delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via fund transfer to the customer’s bank account.
4. Online Consultation:
Refunds for online consultations can be requested if the query is not answered within the specified timeline. The customer must request a Refund within 72 hours of submitting the query or receiving a response. The refund process will be completed within 30 days.
5. Shipping Charges:

6. Cancellation Policy:
- Customer Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Medical tests can be canceled before the sample collection.
- Ayurheals.com Cancellation: Orders may be canceled due to non-availability of products, pricing errors, or if classified as a “Bulk Order” (for commercial resale, multiple identical orders, etc.). No charges apply for cancellations in accordance with this policy.
